Sammy, a Reiki Master and Tantric Yoga Instructor RYT-500, brings a wealth of experience in both the healing arts and the wisdom of yoga.

Cozy Reikaura
In Cozy Reikaura, Sammy leads a restorative yoga class consisting of very gentle and relaxing postures, soothing breath work & mudras, & deep meditation while offering Reiki from a distance. Jessie works her Reiki magic throughout the whole class, offering intuitively guided energy healing and clearing while students are held in supportive yoga poses.
Reikaura Flow
Reikaura Flow is an energizing yoga and Reiki experience. This class is designed to boost creativity while purifying the mind and body with gentle Hatha yoga movement, mudras, breathwork, and meditation. Jessie works her Reiki magic throughout the entire class. She offers intuitively guided energy healing and clearing while students flow through the movement. This class is for all levels!
