In Cozy Reikaura, Sammy (Yoga Instructor RYT-500 & Reiki Master) leads a restorative yoga class consisting of very gentle and relaxing postures, soothing breath work & mudras, & deep meditation while offering reiki from a distance. Jessie (Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master) works her reiki magic throughout the whole class, offering intuitively guided energy healing and clearing while students are held in supportive yoga shapes.
This month, we’re adding a high vibrational touch with a mini sound bath to enhance your experience and deepen your connection. Come unwind, recharge, and let the healing vibrations wash over you—your mind, body, and soul will thank you.
