Join Sammy & Jessie for a 90-minute restorative yoga and Reiki journey into deep stillness, spiritual connection, and energetic renewal.
Guided by the soothing and transformative energy of the lavender flame, this class focuses on awakening the crown chakra and inviting divine light to flow through the body. Through restorative postures, breathwork, sound healing, and both distant and hands-on Reiki, we’ll create space for clarity, purification, and gentle transformation.
Expect soft movement, deep rest, meditative awareness, and a return to your natural state of peace and connection.
In Cozy Reikaura, Sammy (Yoga Instructor RYT-500 & Reiki Master) leads a restorative yoga class consisting of very gentle and relaxing postures, soothing breath work & mudras, & deep meditation while offering reiki from a distance. Jessie (Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master) works her reiki magic throughout the whole class, offering intuitively guided energy healing and clearing while students are held in supportive yoga shapes.
