Self-healing with Reiki is a powerful way to nurture your own energy, restore balance, and return to center. It can be practiced anytime, day or night, and can be done while seated comfortably or lying down.
Steps to a Self Reiki Session
Begin with Intention
Start with your opening prayer, asking that Reiki flow for your highest good.
Flow Through Positions
Move through the hand positions, adjusting as you feel guided.
Close with Gratitude
Thank Reiki and ask that the energy continue to flow for your highest good.
You may place your hands directly on the body, hover within the auric field, or intuitively move between the two. Allow 1–3 minutes for each position, softening your breath and inviting your system to receive.
Trust your intuition. If a particular area feels especially comforting or active, linger there a little longer. If you feel guided to skip or revisit a position, honor that inner wisdom.
