Solar Plexus Chakra

I Do

Wellness. Sexuality. Creativity.

Manipura, which translates to “metropolis of gems,” symbolizes attributes such as self-confidence, joy, self-belief, wisdom, and the capacity for decision-making.

The solar plexus chakra represents individual potency and volition. The energy flowing from this chakra propels us to act, assert our presence in the world, and confidently express our talents. When balanced, this chakra helps liberate us from negative energies, fortifying our health and vitality, including enhancing our digestion and the way we process our life experiences.

The ten petals symbolize the ten hurdles that need to be overcome to attain a balanced Manipura chakra. These obstacles include feelings of shame, betrayal, jealousy, longing, inertia, sorrow, materialism, ignorance, repulsion, and fear. The descending triangle is a representation of energy dispersal, and it signifies expansion and progress.
